Purchases
Any time you log in, you may purchase a single class, multi-class series, membership, workshop pass, or private appointment by clicking on the Online Store tab.
If you purchase a multi-class package, future class reservations will draw from this package until it is used up or has expired. Memberships auto renew monthly/quarterly/annually and an email will be sent out prior to the auto renewal.
Reservations
Online reservations are available up to one hour before a class or workshop begins. When you reserve a class or workshop online please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
When a class is full, online reservations are relinquished to walk-in students 5 minutes before the class start time.
Cancellations
Online cancellation is available up to 30 minutes before a class begins or 24 hours before a workshop begins.
If you need to cancel within 5 to 30 minutes prior to class or within 24 hours of a workshop, call the studio at (573) 388-3838. Leave a detailed message if you get our voice mail. Upon any valid cancellation, the package or pass will be returned to your account. Your account will be charged for the class or workshop if you do not show up or if you show up late and your spot has been released to a walk-in customer.
